We define sustainability in relation to outer environment, working environment, ethical aspects, social aspects and quality.

We continuously strive towards minimizing the impact made on the environment by carrying out our business processes.

In our own organization we focus on

Safety: Dangerous Goods incidents - Spillage or leaking of Dangerous Goods

Working environment: Accidents

Resource consumption: Electricity - Heating - Cooling - Water - Fuel for ground vehicles

Purchasing and waste disposal: Batteries - Wood - Plastic - Paper - Vehicles – Tires - Cleaning products and chemicals - Sewage - Equipment, tools and machinery

Compliance with UN Global Compact: Ethical and social aspects - Accidents and sick leave (working environment) - Ethnic minorities - Equal opportunities -  Gender discrimination - Demography and senior policy - Hire/Fire

 

In our suppliers’ organizations we focus on

Fuel consumption: Air fuel for aircraft & ground fuel for trucks

Compliance with UN Global Compact: Ethical and social aspects - Child labour policy - Local community involvement - Transport of endangered species - Purchasing and Contract assessment - Transport of politically, socially or ethically controversial items
